Print two copies of all certificates of completion, keep one for your records and submit the other to your Service Training Coordinator (STC): Angela Hare, Main VA Building, 6th floor room# 6002, email angela.hare@va.gov  / fax to:  858-552-7436 / Phone: 858-552-8585 x5980.

ESS Courses: Complete in the ESS System

Log into the EES External On-line Learning Website: https://www.ees-learning.net  and  click on the "First Time Users" button to register (note: this is a VHA facility with the ID of 664).  Or log in with your current username and password.

Once in the system:

1. Click on Available Courses on the left

2. Click on the "Explore" Tab in the upper right corner

3. Scroll down

4. Click on the "Security" folder

5. You will need to click on "Sign Me Up" for the courses you would like to take
