Information Security 201 Instructions
Due One Time Only
This Course is located in the ESS System and Requires Login:
1.Log into the EES External On-line Learning Website: https://www.ees-learning.net and click on the "First Time Users" button to register
a)Facility: Veterans Health Administration (VHA)
b)Facility ID: 664
After you have successfully logged in:
1. Click on Available Courses on the left
2. Click on the "Explore" Tab in the upper right corner
3. Scroll down
4. Click on the "Security" folder
5. Click on "Sign Me Up”
6.Choose “Information Security 201 for Research and Development Personnel”
7.Complete the course and turn in the completion certificate to the Research Admin Office, main VA building, room 6002.
After you have successfully taken the course:
1. Complete the survey
2. Select Print Certificate
3. Click on the white bar that says "EES Learning..."; your name should come up on the certificate.
4. Print two copies, one for you and one for us!
